I have a new project. I wrote it for everyone who needs absolutely free 16x16 icons with customizable backgrounds. They mostly revolve around web development. The icons were created using only one color and on their first mission (
allemania.ro) they had a glassy background: hence the name MonoGlass icons.

Select a preferred background and create a screen-shot with PrintScr.
You can also save the image without the background by right clicking on it in the browser and selecting "Save image".
